Did Jesus forgive Peter? Yes He did. Peter had to confess his Agape Love for the Kyrios three times after the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Did Peter become an Apostolos did he also receive the Holy Spirit? The answer is yes. Five groups of female mice were immunized intradermally by using gene gun with YLP(12)-cDNA, YLP(12)-cDNA-CpG, YLP(12)-cDNA-CpG-CpG, YLP(12)-cDNA mixed with exogenous synthetic CpG oligodeoxynucleotide (ODN), or vector DNA alone, respectively. Vaccination with all three constructs and the YLP(12) vaccine mixed with exogenous ODN raised antibody response both in the sera as well as locally in the vaginal tract. There was no antibody response in the mice injected with the vector alone. In sera, the highest titers were obtained for the IgG class for all constructs and formulation followed by IgA class. Ας μην ξεχναμε οτι ο σαταν ειχε ηδη καταλαβει το σωμα του Πετρου νωριτερα, και προετρεπε τον Ιησουν να μην γινει η Σταυρωση Του ενω του υποσχοταν ολων των ειδων μαλακιες ωστε τελικα ο Ιησους να τον επιπληξει με το ' υπαγε οπισω μου σατανα' . Ο Ιησους συγχωρεσε τον Πετρον; Ναι το εκανε. Ο Πετρος χρειαστηκε να ομολογησει τρεις φορες την Αγαπη του προν τον Κυριον μετα την Ανασταση του Ιησου Χριστου. Ο Πετρος εγινε Αποστολος λαμβανον και το Αγιον Πνευμα; H απαντηση ειναι ναι. Ομως Κοχαισ εφοσον ο Πετρος ειχε το Αγιον Πνευμα πως ειναι δυνατον να ειναι παλι φοβισμενος να παει στην Ρωμη ωστε να περασει απο την δικη του δοκιμασια και την επακολουθη ελεφθερωση του απο αυτον τον κοσμο; Εαν ειχε το Aγιον Πνευμα γιατι φοβοταν; Που ηταν η πιστη του; Μην κρινετε κοχαις αλλα καταλαβετε οτι ο Πετρος ο Κηφας ηταν φοβισμενος εφοσον η σαρκα τον τραβαγε πισω σε αυτον τον μαλακισμενον κοσμο, ομως ο Ιωαννις ητο μαζι του, και ο Ιησους εμφανιστηκε σε οραμα και εμιλησε στον Πετρο ωστε εκειονος κατενοησε και μετεπειτα ελαβε δυναμη και πηρε την αποφαση να περασει την δοκιμασια της σταυρωσης αναποδα.
